I was really excited to be a part of Jennifer and Marbin’s wedding day. I had met them previously in Panama City to discuss their wedding day and I learned so much about them. They actually got married and had a small, civil ceremony about a decade ago, but now they wanted to have a big wedding with friends and family. I think a lot of people, myself included, have small ceremonies with the intentions of doing it big later but sometimes it just never happens, so I love that they actually did it. *My husband and I eloped, and our 10 yr anniversary is just a couple days away so this definitely hits close to home!* Their wedding day was even more special because they had lots of family come in from Honduras so they were surrounded by so many people who love and care about them. The wedding was originally supposed to be in Panama City Beach but because the destruction from Hurricane Michael, they relocated the events to The Henderson in Destin. It was an incredibly rainy day so I was so happy they had planned to have an indoor ceremony and reception so the weather wasn’t a factor. I love how their highlights film turned out and one of my favorite moments is at the 6:45 mark when Marbin finishes his vows and almost gets in a kiss with Jennifer before it was time. It was such a sweet, unplanned moment and those are always the best.
