Here’s a little sneak peek at Ashley and Nick’s beautiful Barefoot Weddings beach ceremony earlier this month.
Here’s a little sneak peek of James and Katawana’s wedding day. I can’t wait to get to work on the rest of their films – their special day was filled with friends, family, laughter, SO much dancing, & lots of champagne!

Tessa and Arthur had such a perfect wedding day. They got ready at a house in Miramar Beach (brace yourselves for 2 of the cutest flower girls you’ve ever seen!) and then got married and held their reception on the beach in 30A. Tessa and Arthur were so sweet to each other and to their daughters and families and friends. It’s always an honor to be hired to film someone’s wedding ceremony but it’s even better when it’s for wonderful people who truly deserve the best on their wedding day.

Laureen reached out to me to film her wedding ceremony for her fiance’s parents who wouldn’t be able to travel across the country to attend their son’s wedding in Destin. I was available, so I got in touch with her soon-to-be mother-in-law and we worked it all out. I love that I was able to capture their son’s wedding day and send it to them so they wouldn’t have to miss out on this experience. Roger’s mom wrote to me when she received her DVD to express: “The wedding video arrived and we were delighted with it – just like being here, but not missing anything! Wonderful job and thank you again!”

I filmed Dawn and Mark’s wedding reception at the TOPS’L Beach & Racquet Resort Tiki Club earlier this month. They had such a fun reception, full of family, friends, laughter, dancing and so much love! I feel like wedding receptions are where videography really shines – I was there to capture the toasts from their bridal party, their bouquet and garter tosses, and SO much dancing. But I was also there for the little moments, like when Dawn and Mark went around their entire reception to hug and greet all of their guests. I’m glad that I was there to capture this celebration of Dawn and Mark’s wedding day.

Jessica and Robert had a beautiful wedding in Gulf Shores last month. They rented a house, Halekai III, which legit feels like it was made to be a wedding venue. It was perfect for a beach ceremony and for hosting a reception. There was space under the house for a large table where everyone could eat, and there was plenty of space for a bar & dance floor as well. This wedding was my 2nd time working with Christina from Christina Griffith Photography and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She is an amazing photographer and working alongside her is always a pleasure. If you’re looking for a photographer for your wedding day, I highly recommend contacting her. Here is Jessica and Robert’s highlights film from their wedding day.

My June has been jam packed with weddings! I have a little break this week and this weekend so I’m catching up on editing (and blogging!). Kryshanna and Clifton got married earlier this month at Beasley Park in Fort Walton Beach. One of my favorite wedding coordinators, Barefoot Weddings, did a gorgeous set up for them on the beach. A week after their ceremony, Kryshanna and Clifton had a reception back home, so I quickly editing their ceremony and highlights films so they could play them for their guests at their reception.

Shemeka and Marlon got married last Thursday at James Lee Park in Destin. Their pastor came down from Alabama to officiate their wedding and he did an amazing job. You can tell he cared about their marriage and he gave great advice (for any couple!) throughout the ceremony.
Shemeka and Marlon had a reception back home 2 days later so I quickly edited their ceremony and highlights films and got them online so they could play them for their guests at their reception. This was by far my quickest turnaround time for editing, but it was actually really easy because it was such a great ceremony and I genuinely enjoyed filming and watching it.

Happy couples make the best wedding videos! Bailey and Nico were all smiles throughout their entire wedding day and it was really refreshing to work with such a genuinely nice couple. Weddings can be stressful and I think a lot of times, brides and grooms and their bridal parties and families can get so wrapped up and fixated on the little things that aren’t perfect, they forget why they’re there in the first place. Bailey and Nico definitely had their priorities straight and they were such a pleasure to work with. I wish them years of happiness and I’m so grateful they allowed me to be a part of their wedding day.
